Ahead of the crucial second Test match against Bangladesh, players of the Pakistan national cricket team took some time off from training and visited a local shopping center in Sylhet to refresh themselves after the disappointing defeat in the first Test.
The Pakistan Test squad is currently in Sylhet, where the second Pakistan vs Bangladesh Test match is scheduled to begin. During their outing, players visited local stores and bought traditional items, gifts for family members, and souvenirs for close friends.
Some players were also seen exploring local cultural products, with a few members of the squad reportedly purchasing traditional sarees as gifts. The shopping trip was arranged as a short break to help players relax mentally before returning to preparations for the important second Test match.
Among those seen during the outing were Babar Azam, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Hasan Ali, Salman Ali Agha, Noman Ali, young batter Azan Awais, and bowling coach Umar Gul.
Security arrangements were made at the shopping center, while local fans gathered to meet the players, take photos, and collect autographs. Bangladesh currently leads the two-match Test series 1-0, making the upcoming match extremely important for Pakistan.
